Functie omschrijving Business Intelligence Analyst
As part of the Global Market and Business Intelligence team, you’ll support various departments through Power BI dashboards, MS Report Builder reports, and datasets. You'll first analyze business requirements, build a prototype, and deliver accurate, actionable reports. The goal is to improve internal processes, gain a competitive edge, and enhance the customer experience. Your responsibilities include:- Business Analysis: Translate complex business questions into data-driven solutions and insightful reports, identifying the question behind the question;
- Dashboards and Reports: Develop and implement dashboards and reports using Power BI and MS Report Builder tailored to the needs of different stakeholders;
- Data Analysis: Perform deep-dive analyses on datasets from various sources to identify trends and patterns that contribute to strategic decisions, supporting Product Managers and Business Developers with relevant insights;
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with departments such as Sales and Operations to define KPIs and translate them into relevant reports and analyses;
- Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in data analysis processes and reporting methods to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, contributing to the excellence center where insights are automatically derived from data.
Functie eisen
- At least 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence and reporting;
- Experience with Power BI/DAX, SQL Server Management Studio, MS Report Builder, and MS Excel;
- Fluent in English, Dutch is not required;
- Soft skills: independent, proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to learn.

The headquarters is in the U.S., with a hub in the Netherlands. You’ll be part of the Global Market and Business Intelligence team, which is part of the Data Excellence Team. The team consists of five BI specialists and a Data Architect. You’ll report to the BI manager, who is based in the U.S. The team works closely with other departments and Data Analysts from Sales and Operations (Warehouse) to maximize value from data.
